2018 Summer Swim Camps

This camp is for the competitive swimmer to improve their technique, conditioning, and have fun in the process!  If you are interested in our camp but are unsure if it would be a good fit for your child, please contact Marko Djordjevic: marko@ucsd.edu

June 18th - 21st

Ages: 6-17 (Must be 10 years old for overnight)
Day: $499 ($449 Before May 15th)

Day & Overnight - Camp 2
June 25th - 28th
June 24th check-in  for overnight campers
Ages: 6-17 (Must be 10 years old for overnight)
Day: $499 ($449 Before May 15th)

Overnight: $799 ($749 Before May 15th)

 
Day & Overnight - Camp 3
July 9th - 12th
July 8th check-in  for overnight campers
Ages: 6-17 (Must be 10 years old for overnight)

Day & Overnight - Camp 4
July 16th - 19th
July 15th check-in  for overnight campers

Additional $50 discount will be given to a club team bringing 8 or more swimmers to the same camp. Military personnel discount of 10%.  Please contact Marko Djordjevic (marko@ucsd.edu) BEFORE registering to receive the discount code.

Schedule:

  • Day Camp: Drop-off 8:00am -  pick-up 4:00pm
  • Overnight Camp 2: Drop-off June 24th between 5:00pm - 6:00pm, June 28th pick-up 4:00pm
  • Overnight Camp 3: Drop-off July 8th between 5:00pm - 6:00pm, July 12th pick-up 4:00pm
  • Overnight Camp 4: Drop-off July 15th between 5:00pm - 6:00pm, July 19th pick-up 4:00pm
What's Included:
  • T-Shirt
  • Camp cap
  • 8:1 coach to athlete ratio
  • Beach Day including supervised ocean swim (optional), sand castle contest, and beach dryland workout.  
  • T-shirt tie dye night (residential only)
  • DVD of all four strokes filmed
  • Stroke, turn, start development
  • Daily long course meters training session
  • Special interest discussions including goal setting, mental training, and nutrition.
  • Daily Dryland Training with former UCSD Strength and Conditioning Staff
