- Guest appearances and motivation talk by former national team members
- Beach day and introduction to ocean swimming (optional, but recommended)
- State of the art swimming facility and newly remodeled dormitory and dining facilities
- Special topic discussions including optimal nutrition, goal setting, and the power of a positive attitude
- Ages: overnight camps are open to 9-18 year-olds. 8 year olds are allowed to attend day camps and clinics.
